All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and operational conditions at the time of request.
Dumo Transport Services LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization for reasons related to safety, legal compliance, or operational capacity. Service offerings may change without prior notice.
Any estimates or quotes provided by Dumo Transport Services LLC are non-binding unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on the scope of service, distance, handling requirements, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances discovered at the time of service.
Pricing models include per-mile, hourly, and flat-rate route options depending on the service requested. All pricing details will be communicated prior to service confirmation.
This website does not collect payments. All payment transactions are handled outside of this website through separate arrangements between Dumo Transport Services LLC and the client.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to service delivery. Failure to remit payment may result in lawful collection actions, including but not limited to referral to a collections agency or pursuit of legal remedies available under the laws of Minnesota.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access for drivers and couriers at all pickup and drop-off locations. Any hazards, animals, or obstacles that may interfere with safe service delivery must be addressed prior to the scheduled appointment.
Dumo Transport Services LLC is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by inaccessible locations, unsafe conditions, or failure to communicate relevant access requirements in advance.
